TRAIN IN THE RAIN


Now that winter season is getting closer, keep you kids active and don’t miss a single training session.


We share with you some tips and tricks for training in the rain without getting sick:

-      Prepare your bag with extra clothes, extra socks, towel, and water

-      Wear your tracksuit during training

-      Don’t forget to drink water

-      Change out your wet clothes immediately after training

-      Take a hot bath and drink hot fluids after training
